1. Visual Mold Assessment & Air Quality Test
We will conduct a thorough visual mold investigation and may recommend optional air quality testing to determine the extent and source of the mold problem. Some experts suspect that certain airborne impurities may cause health problems. Inspection and testing will provide you with the information you need to determine whether or not you need mold remediation. Mold's presence can also devalue your property. Let us help remove the stress from the situation - just like our name says, we have your solution!
2. Test Positive for Mold? Here's What We'll Do for You
We will provide a custom quote for treatment. Our Treatment: Green Home Solutions ACAC and IAC2 certified technicians follow protocols based on guidelines from the ANSI/IICRC S520 and EPA, which include correcting the underlying moisture problem, controlling the contamination at the source, and removing the contamination, using air scrubbers/negative air, HEPA vacuuming, and applying our EPA-registered disinfectant/fungicide.
3. Post-Testing is Completed After Treatment
We are so confident of our ability to reach all of the spores, that unlike conventional remediators who typically do post testing while still under containment, we will schedule optional independent post-testing after the containment (if required) has been removed and the residents have returned and going about their daily routine.
The Science Behind Mold Remediation
Amylases are enzymes that digest the spore’s membranes, lysing the spore, effectively killing it.
Lipases are different enzymes in our product formula which attack and break down the fatty lipids in between the mold membranes.
Proteases, a third family of enzymes break down the allergenic proteins of the spore eliminating them from the air you are breathing.
