1. Visual Mold Assessment & Air Quality Test
We will conduct a thorough visual mold investigation and may recommend optional air quality testing to determin the extent and source of the mold problem. Some experts suspect that certain airborne impurities may cause health problems. Inspection and testing will provide you with the information you need to determine whether or not you need mold remediation. Mold's presence can also devalue your property. Let us help remove the stress from the situation - just like our name says, we have your solution!
2. Test Positive for Mold? Here's What We'll Do for You
We will provide a custom quote for treatment. Our Treatment: Green Home Solutions ACAC and IAC2 certified technicians follow protocols based on guidelines from the ANSI/IICRC S520 and EPA, which include correcting the underlying moisture problem, controlling the contamination at the source, and removing the contamination by using air scrubbers/negative air, HEPA vacuuming, and applying our safe, EPA-registering mold-killing product.
3. Post-Testing is Completed After Treatment
We are confident of our ability to reach all of the spores, unlike conventional remediatiors who typically do a testing while still under containment. We will schedule optional independent post-testing for 3-4 days after the containment has been removed.
The Science Behind Mold Remediation
Amylase is an enzyme that digests the mold's outer membrane or cell wall. It dissolves and causes the insides to leak out.
Lipase is another enzyme in our product formula which attacks and breaks down the fatty lipids inside of and in between the mold membranes.
Protease breaks down allergenic proteins at the mold's core or nucleus, eliminating them from the air you are breathing.
