Art Robles is the Principal IAQ Inspector and primary client-facing technical lead for Green Home Solutions of Greater Seattle. He holds the <\/span>ACAC Certified Mold Inspector (CMI)<\/b> credential and is an <\/span>IICRC Accredited Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)<\/b><\/p>\n

With over five years in the industry and more than 1,000 home inspections completed, Art brings deep experience in moisture investigation, mold assessment, and practical remediation planning. Long familiar with Pacific Northwest building conditions, Art understands the moisture realities unique to the Seattle area. His favorite word is <\/span>collaboration<\/b> \u2014 working directly with homeowners to understand their concerns, explain the science in plain English, and develop a remediation plan tailored to the specific conditions of their home.<\/span><\/p>\n

Art especially values working with detail-oriented and health-focused households, including clients navigating functional or naturopathic care, because he believes building science should be explained clearly and grounded in facts \u2014 not fear.
