Owner

Mike Mitchell has been part of Green Home Solutions family from the franchise’s beginning in 2014. He saw the potential to take his hands on technical skills to perform a much needed service using safe solutions, while building a work/life balance for his family.

Mike spent decades working in Plastic Engineering, oftentimes being called to consult on and fix heavy plastic injection molding equipment others couldn’t get running. From Plastic Molds, to Environmental Molds, it seems Mold is Mike’s calling.

He takes his roles as Owner, Chief Inspector and Field Manager very seriously. He is relentless in helping our clients get to the bottom of the source issue. He answers questions and provides reassurance in difficult situations, all leading to a stellar customer experience. His client reviews reveal his genuine care for what he does and we are so proud to have him leading the team here at Green Home Solutions of Northeast OH!

When he isn’t helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his Family, wife and GHS Co-Owner Carly, their daughter Grace and dogs Bruno and Khloe. He is an avid fisherman and sports fan, enjoying Ohio State and his Cleveland teams the most.

Co-Owner

Carly Mitchell has been co-owner and part of the Green Home Solutions family from the beginning in 2014. As the Director of Business Development, she is very diversified in her roles. Sales/marketing and community partnerships are where she spends most of her time. She is also integral in writing the scopes of work for clients and helping them understand the expectations for the treatment and process overall.

She has an extensive sales background, most recently coming from the Mortgage Banking Industry prior to her role at Green Home. As a top producer, she was responsible for 65M of business in 2010, making her the top banker in her site and one of the top in the country. She loved helping others with their home loans, and took pride in having an honest and straightforward approach with every client.

In Aug 2011 she lost her father to cancer and started a journey to a more balanced lifestyle, while eliminating toxins from her environment. Green Home Solutions proprietary solution for mold remediation made sense to her, and she saw this as an opportunity to pursue a business that was in line with her path.

She has enjoyed being in Business with her husband Mike, allowing them the time and flexibility to be there for their daughter Grace and the community. Carly is very passionate about Philanthropy. She actively serves in ministries at her church, including singing in the music ministry, co-leading Night To Shine – a global prom for our friends with special needs sponsored by the Tim Tebow foundation, and leading a Women’s Ministry as the Vocational leader; helping women in business to grow in Christ as they pursue their business goals. She has been the Chapter Philanthropist for Working Women Connection-Strongsville Chapter for the last 7 years. She also serves as Host/MC for various philanthropic organizations/events in her community.

In her former life she was a professional entertainer, even performing at the World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge in Nashville TN. She satisfies her creative itch these days by hosting a weekly Radio Show called Carly Country on WOBL radio. The show is an hour of fun and a tribute to her Late Great Broadcasting legend father, Bruce Ryan. Her faith, family and business mean everything to her and she is excited to wake up every day to see how she can help make a difference in the world!
