Meet the Green Home Solutions of Greater Seattle Team
At Green Home Solutions of Greater Seattle, we believe mold inspection and remediation should be grounded in building science, clear standards, and disciplined execution — not guesswork. Our team brings complementary expertise across inspection, remediation, operations, and systems so homeowners receive thoughtful guidance from first assessment through completion.
Rajiv Mashruwala
Co-Owner | ACAC CRIE | IICRC WRT
Rajiv Mashruwala is co-owner of Green Home Solutions of Greater Seattle and leads the company’s operations, marketing, and strategic direction.
He holds the Residential Indoor Environmentalist (CRIE) designation through the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) and is an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Accredited Water Restoration Technician (WRT).
Rajiv built the firm’s reporting and documentation framework so homeowners receive more than a checklist — they receive a structured explanation of what was found, how it was evaluated, and what a credible path forward looks like. His focus is on bringing transparency and measurable standards to Seattle mold inspection and remediation work, helping demystify an industry that often feels opaque.
Before entering the indoor environmental field, Rajiv spent more than 15 years in product, technology, and General Management roles at Amazon, leading complex businesses and cross-functional teams. He now applies that systems mindset locally — defining clear targets, documenting conditions thoroughly, and ensuring families can make informed decisions with confidence.
Rajiv has lived in the Seattle area for nearly two decades with his wife and three children.
Karthik Anbalagan
Co-Owner | Strategy & Systems
Karthik Anbalagan is co-owner of Green Home Solutions of Greater Seattle and supports long-term strategy, systems development, and technology integration.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience at Microsoft, Amazon, and Chewy, Karthik has built and scaled customer-focused products and operational systems across large organizations. At Green Home Solutions, he helps shape how the business evolves — ensuring processes are structured, performance is measurable, and technology (including thoughtfully applied AI) improves responsiveness and clarity for homeowners navigating mold and indoor air quality concerns.
While Rajiv leads day-to-day execution, Karthik contributes long-term systems thinking so the company grows intentionally and sustainably.
Karthik has lived in the Seattle area for more than 20 years with his wife and two children.
Art Robles
Principal IAQ Inspector | ACAC CMI | IICRC MRS
Art Robles is the Principal IAQ Inspector and primary client-facing technical lead for Green Home Solutions of Greater Seattle. He holds the ACAC Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) credential and is an IICRC Accredited Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
With over five years in the industry and more than 1,000 home inspections completed, Art brings deep experience in moisture investigation, mold assessment, and practical remediation planning. Long familiar with Pacific Northwest building conditions, Art understands the moisture realities unique to the Seattle area. His favorite word is collaboration — working directly with homeowners to understand their concerns, explain the science in plain English, and develop a remediation plan tailored to the specific conditions of their home.
Art especially values working with detail-oriented and health-focused households, including clients navigating functional or naturopathic care, because he believes building science should be explained clearly and grounded in facts — not fear. A musician and artist outside of work, he brings curiosity and creativity into the way he approaches complex building challenges.
Elliot Robles
Senior IAQ Technician | IICRC WRT
Elliot Robles is the Senior Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Technician for Green Home Solutions of Greater Seattle and leads remediation execution throughout Seattle and the Eastside. He is an IICRC Accredited Water Restoration Technician (WRT).
With a strong construction background and a natural mechanical aptitude, Elliot oversees containment setup, equipment configuration, cleaning protocols, and disciplined field execution. He is constantly refining how projects are run — improving workflows, optimizing equipment use, and ensuring work areas remain clean, controlled, and organized.
Elliot works in close partnership with his father, Art, creating tight coordination between inspection findings and remediation implementation. That alignment helps ensure the work performed in the field supports the defined scope and post-remediation goals.
His family lives in the greater Seattle area, and he takes pride in helping local families restore confidence in their homes.
How We Work
We’ve built this business around a simple belief: homeowners deserve clear answers, defined standards, and disciplined execution.
- We start with facts. Moisture conditions, building dynamics, and — when appropriate — accredited laboratory analysis guide our recommendations.
- We explain the science in plain English. Our reports are detailed and structured to make complex findings understandable.
- We avoid one-size-fits-all plans. Every home has unique conditions, and our recommendations reflect that.
- We define what “done” means. Clear scope. Clear targets. Clear expectations for completion.
- We follow established industry standards. Our professionals hold certifications from the IICRC and ACAC, and our work aligns with published industry standards.
- We execute with discipline and respect. Clean containment, careful workmanship, organized communication, and thoughtful follow-through.
From inspection through remediation, our team works in tight coordination so findings translate directly into action — and nothing gets lost between diagnosis and execution.
