Garrett comes to Green Home Solutions with a background in Rental Property Management from Snowshoe Mountain Resort. While managing rental properties, he dealt with water mitigation and indoor air quality on a daily basis. After working with Green Home Solutions in the Snowshoe area, he realized the importance of indoor air quality and saw firsthand how Green Home Solutions can make a positive impact on the health and well-being of the great people of West Virginia. Garrett takes pride in providing clients with the high level of customer service they deserve and making a difference in his home state!
Chris Louk

Chris was born and raised in Randolph County and has been in the community most of his life. He moved away for a few years and gathered important skills in business management and marketing and is proud to be a part of the Green Home Solutions team. Now he wants to make a difference in the health of his friends and neighbors by providing a quality service that will be at the forefront of changing people’s quality of life as well as making a better world for us to live in.

My name is Jarred Shiflett. I live in Beverly WV and recently left the coal mines and joined Green Home Solutions. I am excited to begin my career with the team!
Chris Cothren

Began his work in the West Virginia area in April of 2021. Chris has 5 years of quality experience in the industry from a branch of Green Home Solutions in Roanoke Virginia. Due to his work ethic and professionalism, he has moved quickly up the ladder in the industry in the last 5 years, starting as a technician and working his way up to being a part owner in his own branch!

Moved to the Snowshoe area in 2004 from Fredericksburg, VA, and began working in Real Estate with Playground Destination Properties at Snowshoe Resort. After learning the local Real Estate Market at Snowshoe, Pete and his old college roommate (David Simmons) decided to venture out on their own and start First Tracts Real Estate. Pete became a firm believer after a firsthand experience with Green Home Solutions improving the indoor air quality in his home.
David Simmons
Owner
Grew up here in Pocahontas County. After graduating from WVU, David moved to Snowshoe in January of 2004 where he took a job in Real Estate with Playground Destination Properties. During his tenure there, David was part of the sales team that broke 2 WV Real Estate records for sales volume in one day. David always puts the customer first and is excited to see First Tracts and Green Home work hand in hand!
Chris Hook

Christopher is a California transplant, Grew up in Huntington Beach . Moved here to West Virginia 10 years ago. Spent 4 years firefighting/fire management in Nevada. After that venture he made his way across the country and fell in love with West Virginia, and decided to call this wonderful place home. Here at Green Home Solutions Chris wants to deliver quality service and an opportunity for everyone to enjoy air again.
Ryan martin

Ryan joins the team from Webster County WV. Ryans enjoys taking pride in his work and has experience in working in oil fields and wind turbine maintenance. Ryan is excited to see Green Home Solutions help people throughout our area and state!
Braxton Rider
Technician
Braxton is a native of Pocahontas County West Virginia. He attended Glenville State University where he received his degree in Forestry before working construction for the last 4 years in White Sulphur Springs. Braxton is excited to start his new career with the GHS team and create a cleaner environment for all of us to enjoy.
